I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff, they were always courteous, responsive, and helpful. I truly appreciated the early check-in, which made my arrival smooth and comfortable. The team was consistently available to assist with any requests throughout my stay. The restaurant services were also excellent; a special mention to Manpreet, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Great facility, very courteous staff, very helpful and professional. Made our stay very enjoying and memorable. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet spread was amazing. The staff took extra care for accommodating us for the dinner reservations for our visiting guests too. only one recommendation to pass, there should be perhaps better service or tie up with local travel group for hiring vehicle for airport pickup drop off or local travel.

The staff was amazing. Special thanks to the manager supervising the restaurant, helping us out when we had questions or requests. Making sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Gym and pool/steam sauna facilities were nice and clean.

We have stayed at Radisson properties on numerous occasions in the past and hence were aware of what to expect from a Radisson group of hotels. And to be honest, Radisson Blu Jammu did not disappoint. We arrived at 5 a.m. in Jammu and I called them up to enquire if we could come early and leave our baggages and freshen up. Without any hesitation they welcomed us with a smile. They even offered us free Wi-Fi, while we were freshening up, which is given only after the allotment of rooms. After freshening up we left for breakfast at Pahalwan’s Jammu. The standard check-in time is 3 p.m. at Radisson Blu Jammu. However, they managed to check us in at 11 a.m. Brilliant customer service, especially Kunal. The breakfast too was pretty good the following day. Standard 5 Star buffet menu. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Jammu. Conveniently located and well maintained.

Very good service. staff was wonderful i was impressed with all there amazing hard work with making sure we was as confortable as posible there wasn’t anything i didn’t enjoy about this place i would visit again… Food was also very good

Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet rate is high. It can be Rs.1000. All the staff was very helpful.
